It was wonderful hotel overall, everything was brand-new, I would give it other than 4 stars. The staff were welcoming and pleasant and the location was stunning in very secure area. Had tea and goodies at Viennot Patisserie, nestled 1 km of the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the non-smoking area was perfect, as it was in a very secure and central part of the city. We were able to easily explore the nearby town center and take in all the sights. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was beautifully appointed with modern amenities, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We felt right at home with the comfortable sitting area and in-room safe. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the garden furniture added a touch of elegance to our stay.

Fabulous prestige suite with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walk from Eglise Saint-Pierre Catholic Church. And close enough to nice restaurants, the center of Macon and Mâcon.
Beds were very uncomfortable.

The rooftop bar at Hotel & Spa Panorama 360 offers an absolutely breathtaking view. I spent a lovely evening there, enjoying a refreshing drink and taking in the panoramic scenery. The rooms were also excellent, with comfortable beds and a spacious shower that was just perfect. The location of the hotel is ideal, as everything is within walking distance, and they even have reserved parking with an EV charger, which was a great convenience after a long drive. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
One drawback was that there is no restaurant in the hotel. However, the staff provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, which were just a short walk away.
